Section 1: Document Ownership & Editorial Rights
You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to any documents, manuscripts, images, text, and other materials you share with me within the context of our business relationship. Your materials are kept strictly confidential and will never intentionally be shared, distributed, or published without your explicit consent. Title details, project specifics, and planned release dates also remain confidential until publication.
I retain the intellectual property rights to the raw edits, in-line comments, structural suggestions, and editorial revisions generated during our work together until the end of our contract.
A contract does not officially end until full payment has been completed. Upon the completion of full payment and the end of our contract, my rights to those edits expire, and the completed work—including all integrated editorial updates—belongs entirely to you.
Section 2: What Do We Do With Your Information?
When you purchase a service from me, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse my website, I also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide me with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system.
Email Marketing: With your permission, I might send you relevant emails about my services and other updates.
Section 3: Consent
When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, or place an order, we imply that you consent to my collecting it and using it for that specific reason.
If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Once you leave my website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or my website’s Terms of Service.
